The minimum rental period is 4 days and 7 days in high season. However, we will always try to attend to any request, so please contact us and we will try to give you a solution. Also, we offer weekend bundles, the booking of this weekend bundle is made offline, contacting us.
Yes, it is necessary to make an initial payment of 50% of the total reservation to confirm the rental of the Motorhome. In case your trip starts in one month or less it will be necessary to pay the entire amount. The rest of the payment is made once you pick-up the Motorhome
For the reservation ( 50% of the amount of the motorhome renting ) we accept the following methods: VISA or MasterCard as credit / debit card and bank transfer. The payment of the rest of the amount of the reservation you can make it by credit card, or cash once you come to our office to pick up the Motorhome.
The price is calculated per day, as of when the reserve exceeds 5 hours, counts as a new day. The total is calculated with the rental price, extras and possible additional fees. All prices already include VAT. Ex: 5 full days (24 hours) and 7 hours. It will be counted 6 days. The price depends of the number of days of the booking and the season.
1. If the cancellation is notified 15 days before starting the trip --------- We will offer an option to change the days of your reservation subjected to availability. In any case we will refund the reservation deposit. 2. If the cancellation is communicated in less than a 15 days before starting the trip---------Total loss of the reservation deposit.
900 € security deposit will be required when you pick up the motorhome: the security deposit can only be blocked with a credit card (Visa or Mastercard), and the credit card owner must be present at the time of collection. The vehicle can not be delivered unless the security deposit is blocked on a credit card.
There is no additional cost or a hiding place unless there are alterations in your reservation. In case of accident or damage to the motorhome, the maximum deposit agreed will be charged.
We do not charge an extra for the insurance. Our insurance is full risk with European coverage (with an insurance of excess of € 1,000).
What do I need to bring when I collect the campervan? When coming to collect the motorhome you should have with you: Driving licence from all drivers Credit card of the hirer/renter (with enough funds to cover the Liability/ Security Deposit) Passport / I.D. Booking reference -Delivery starting at 3:00 p.m. Preferably from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Office hours) -Return before 1:00 p.m. Our office hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday and Sunday from 1 p.m to 6 p.m. The extra to deliver the motorhome out of our business hours will come with a 25€ at our offices, 50€ at the airport or 75€ at a personalized location (maximum 80 km from our office).

The RV / Motorhom must be returned with the same level of gasoline that was at the time of collection. The wastewater tank must be emptied as well as the portable bathroom . Interior and exterior cleaning, emptying and cleaning of black water (WC) and draining of gray (shower, sink) and adjust fuel level.
As quickly as you know you are late, we appreciate you contact us for one of the available phone numbers, or WhatsApp . After that we will be able to inform the responsible person about the delay and apply possible late return rates in case another customer is waiting for the motorhome.
It is not possible to do the collection on the scheduled dates due to delays, please contact as quickly as possible. Reservation days can not be refunded. We can help you organize sleeping and transportation is necessary, depending on availability.

What type of driver's license is necessary to drive our motorhome? To drive our motorhomes, a normal valid driving licence category B is required and the driver must be over 25 years old.
Yes, you are allowed to bring pets under certain conditions. A Pet Fee of €75 will be charged. It is the responsibility of the Hirer to guarantee that his/her pet travels in safety and according to the local regulations. The rental firm will not be liable for any traffic tickets or legal fees related to carry the pet inside the vehicle. The Pet Fee only covers the cleaning of the vehicle after the rental. Hirer is responsible for any and all damages (interior and exterior) caused by the pet.
What happens if the campervan has any problems? Is there roadside assistance? In case of an accident or if you need roadside assistance, you should immediately call us at our toll free number or the direct number of the location you picked-up the Motorhome. If needed, we will call roadside assistance for you in order to avoid any language barriers. Who should I contact with any Motorhome questions?
